Rental Assistance

Archibald Relocation offers various rental service programs to meet your needs. This includes:

  • Self-Serve: Unaccompanied rental search to include counseling, needs assessment, research, detailed information for self-touring, move-in checklist, etc.
  • Half Day Tour: Counseling of benefit, needs assessment, research on available properties, tour coordination, detailed information, move-in checklist, etc., to include ½ day escorted tour (up to 4 hours).
  • Full Day Tour: Counseling of benefit, needs assessment, research on available properties, tour coordination, detailed information, move-in checklist, etc., to include a full day escorted tour (up to 7 hours).
  • Broker Based Service: Includes the ½ day or full day tour service above, plus applicable broker fees in finder’s fee markets.
  • Unique Home Finding: Specialized search in the destination market for rental housing options that meet specific needs that are not available in existing content. Three to five options will be presented based on market availability.

Archibald Relocation provides coordination services for furniture and housewares rentals.

Buyer Value Option Home Sale Program

An IRS regulated home sale program which must follow 11 key elements to allow the corporation’s payment of the new hire/transferee’s non recurring closing costs to be income tax free this 11-step process is very similar to the Home Sale Management process, but exhibits tighter restrictions through the entire process due to the IRS regulation.

Amended Value or Guaranteed Buyout Home Sale Programs

These home sale programs provide the new hire/transferee with a guarantee of a corporate buyout of their home based on an average of two appraisals. The Amended Value Program offers the ability to amend the guaranteed offer price to a price higher than originally offered to the new hire/transferee if a qualified buyer is found who will pay more for the property, prior to the execution of the guaranteed buyout. Most often the amended value option would be extended for 30-90 days from the guaranteed offer tendered date. Added services in these specific home sale programs include appraisal order and review, inspection order and review and property management services.
